1. CHANGE YOUR ASSOCIATES

When you are trying to improve your life and get on another level it's good to start with changing up your associates. You want to spend more time with people who are going to motivate you and less time with people who are negative and discouraging. It is wise to emulate those you are aspiring to be like but always keep in mind that not everything you see is a reality.

2. CHANGE YOUR HABITS

Changing your habits is an important aspect of leveling up. You can have multiple habits that need to be improved. For example instead of binge-watching Nexflix all weekend use half that time reading.

Not only is it better for your brain, but you can also learn a lot from books. Another habit you can improve is eating habits. Instead of grabbing that bag of salty chips, you can make yourself a nice bowl of fruit to munch on.

Once you force yourself to do something good over and over it will eventually become a habit. You just have to put in the work and have some patience. 

3. IMPROVE YOUR SELF-CARE

Apart of leveling up is taking better care of your personal and hygiene needs. It's ok to incorporate a few extra self-care habits and products. If you think it needs to be done to help you feel better then do it. 

4. IMPROVE YOUR INNER SELF

Improving your inner self will really help you shine on the outside. Not only will you look better and draw people to you but you will also feel better about yourself on the inside. When you go on a level-up journey it's not just about the outward appearances, but the inner things as well. 

5. HUSTLE

We are living in a time where a lot of people aren't wanting to work. You can use this time to your advantage and make more money to save more money. You can pick up extra shifts at your job, or even do small services for people with the skills that you possess. 

6. SAVE MONEY

Having a cushion of money is always wise. During your level-up journey, you can plan how you want to save money and if you want to make a new budget for yourself. Not only is it good to have a nice savings for security but you can also use some of it to treat yourself or others around you who may need help. 7. SET GOALS FOR YOURSELF 

Leveling up is all about setting goals for yourself and reaching them. It's always good to have goals whether they be financial, physical, or mental. Work hard to reach your goals not only for yourself, but so you can also be in a position to help improve the generations to come.  I hope you enjoyed this edition of Blogs by MeMe.
